The Quiet Leftover Restaurant in Wageningen, a restaurant that cooks using waste and weeds.
Rest. is an open air restaurant consisting of 45 stacked picnic tables in a park in Wageningen. At the end of the day on Saturday Rest. collects leftovers from market stalls, shops, gardens and people at home. With these leftovers, supplemented by edible weeds picked at the park, chef Miguel Brugman prepares exotic lunches, which are then served to visitors on the picnic pyramid.
